We invest on behalf of institutional pension and life fund investors who are looking to capitalise on the growth opportunities created by airports and their vital role in the UK’s national infrastructure.

Each airport sits at the heart of a thriving ecosystem that attracts people (through its great transport links and employment opportunities) and businesses that want to benefit from being situated at a major international and regional transport hub, close to a skilled workforce and growing population. This, in turn, creates demand for well-connected and sustainable logistics space.

We invest in modern logistics assets that are essential to our customers’ supply chain networks. Our diversified portfolio comprises distribution warehouses, multi-let campuses and specialist real estate with quick access to these hubs and their superior air, rail and road connections.

Our warehouses are primarily leased to global supply chain businesses that enable the frictionless and safe movement of cross-border ecommerce and high-value goods in and out of London airports. These include time/temperature sensitive goods such as life-science related products and perishables; IT/manufacturing products; precious metals/stones; and animals.
