AIPUT welcomes ECMS Global in new letting at Radius Park, Heathrow

AIPUT has completed an agreement to lease an 18,000 sq ft industrial unit at Radius Park to International ecommerce logistics company, ECMS Global, at a headline rent of £21 psf.  Existing tenants at Radius Park include Agility Logistics, ASC Cargo Handling, Brinks and Air Canada.  This new letting demonstrates the continuing attraction of AIPUT’s prime industrial portfolio in the highly-competitive London industrial occupier market.
